Community Homes of Lebanon County has long prided itself on living up to its reputation of providing safe, affordable housing for almost four hundred residents in Lebanon County.
It is particularly pleasing when they get unsolicited praise from someone in the resident community.
Longtime resident Helga Noll, during a chance encounter with CEO Charlie Rush, commented, “I have to tell you that I feel safer here than in any other place I have ever lived.”
Helga was born and raised in her native Germany. And has lived in many places throughout her life.
