Bringing our Mission, Vision and Values to Life

It is beneficial to have specific guidelines to follow when we determine how to best serve our residents, the board of directors, and the public at large.

I am pleased to share our mission, vision, and core values to support this statement.

Mission—Community Homes of Lebanon County, in partnership with others, provides housing, related facilities, and supportive services so that each person whose life we touch may more fully realize his or her potential for physical, social, mental, and spiritual well-being.

Vision – Be a community leader, advocate, and facilitator of safe, affordable housing for Seniors and disadvantaged residents that is financially sustainable.

Our Core Values guide our actions –

Truth – Promoting honesty with us, with those we serve, and with the community.

Hope –Bringing focus to the positive aspects of one another, our community, and life.

Respect – Finding value and importance in everyone whose life we touch.

Compassion – Uplifting the spirit in all of us toward greater fulfillment and peace.

Fairness – Bringing balance to all we serve and those that serve with us,

Safety – Enhancing security for the uncertainties of life.
