Wenger Foundation Donation photoWenger Foundation supports Community Homes Campaign

The Wenger Foundation was founded in 1996 with a mission to support religious, educational, and community services programs through corporate contributions from Wengers of Myerstown, as well as individual contributions, and fund solicitations for special events, most notably the Annual Praise Dinner.

The Community Homes Capital Campaign is the latest Wenger Foundation recipient.

Wengers of Myerstown President, Glenn Wenger, also serves as Chair of the Community Homes Board. He says, “Our Board has been directly involved in the creation of a capital campaign to help close the gap between supply and demand to allow Lebanon County people who need safe affordable housing to achieve their dreams. The monies will help us build our next project, a 23-unit development on Canal Street in Northern Lebanon. Each of the one floor dwellings will be compatible for the ambulatory disabled, and can house family units, and seniors in need as well.”

Community Homes CEO adds, “We are grateful to Glenn, the Wenger Foundation, our Board, and others who share in our quest to provide Compassionate Housing Solutions for people who have a need for affordable and safe housing. We all deserve this opportunity.”
