Community Homes operates seven housing communities throughout Lebanon Valley. Each location provides quality, affordable apartment living in a safe, well-maintained environment designed to support independence and connection.

Oak Terrace

Location: 1407 Oak Street, Lebanon, PA

Oak Terrace is located in a very pleasant residential neighborhood, and offers the character of a historic building with all the modern conveniences. Elevator access, on-site parking and laundry facilities make it a pleasure to live at Oak Terrace! All apartments are one bedroom with a variety of floor plans available.

Tulpehocken Terrace

Location: 101 West Richland Avenue, Myerstown, PA

Tulpehocken Terrace in Myerstown offers a pleasant setting across from a local park and the historic Isaac Meyer Homestead, ideal for those who appreciate Lebanon County’s small communities. Here you’ll find studio and one-bedroom apartments, laundry facilities, elevators, and plenty of on-site parking.

PoplarTerrace

Location: 605 South 8th Street, Lebanon, PA

Located adjacent to the recently expanded Lebanon Rail Trail, Poplar Terrace offers one-bedroom and two-bedroom apartments with on-site parking and laundry facilities. Convenient access to the Lebanon Area Transit (COLT) system and nearby shopping makes Poplar Terrace a popular choice!

Designed with accessibility and dignity in mind, Canal Street expands our mission by offering housing solutions to residents facing more complex housing challenges.

Supporting Residents Beyond Housing

Community Homes provides more than housing. Our professional Resident Services team works closely with residents to foster connection, independence, and overall well-being.

Resident Services Team

Our Resident Services staff organizes activities, builds relationships, and knows residents personally. This allows for meaningful engagement and the ability to address individual needs beyond routine services.
