The Albright LIFE Center is Pennsylvania’s version of the nationally recognized Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE). LIFE is an innovative program for seniors and those 55 or older wishing to remain living in the community or their own home with supportive services to permit living independently. Welsh Mountain Health Centers provides dental care for the whole community, in every stage of life. Dental Services are offered at Welsh Mountain – Springville Rd. (New Holland) and Welsh Mountain – South 9th St. (Lebanon).

The Age Wave Initiative of Lebanon County is a group of concerned professionals from business, government, health care and aging services who have begun to address the changing demographics with the Baby Boomers aging and what different and additional services are going to be needed.

The Initiative is focusing on changes needed over the next twenty years in housing, transportation, employment/training/voluntarism, and healthcare/long-term care, who will make and pay for the changes.

Community Homes of Lebanon County recently became a Collaborative Partner with the Lebanon County Link to Aging and Disability Resources. Community Homes joins more than 30 other community-based organizations which serve aged and disabled persons in Lebanon County.

The Lebanon County Area Agency on Aging provides a wealth of information, support and programs assisting older adults to live successfully in the place of their choosing. Their APPRISE program offers very helpful information on questions related to Medicare. The Lebanon Senior Center is also operated at their location on Maple Street, Lebanon.
